We at Zara Ghee want the world to experience the joy of cooking with new delicious flavors, and to enjoy the health benefits of using a wonderful wholesome food ingredient that we love to make!

Our mantra is quality! Quality of ingredients and quality of process.  Our high-quality ghee is made using grass fed butter from New Zealand and California.  It is handmade in small batches using traditional techniques.  This a is labor intensive process, but a critical process to make the best quality ghee. 

Zara Ghee delivers a buttery, creamy and subtle nutty flavor.
